Visiba Care further bolsters UK team as it looks to support the NHS in utilising AI-enabled triage services to improve access for patients.
Visiba Care is excited to announce the appointment of Milan Shah as our Head of Operations and Transformation in the UK. This is an integral appointment as we continue to grow our partnerships with the NHS to support digital transformation and AI triage capabilities.
Milan is an experienced digital transformation leader that has worked in the NHS but also in the private healthcare sector in the UK and abroad. He is studying Health Economics, Policy and Management at the London School of Economics, and has experience supporting multiple transformation programmes and NHS service strategies including the transformation of Maternity and Emergency services in North West London, the development of a collaborative programme between Kuwait City Hospital and Guys and St Thomas' Hospital to deliver respiratory care training and consultancy, and most recently, leading the North West London diabetes strategy.

Whilst Milan's focus will be primarily in driving operational excellence in the mobilisation and delivery of services, he will also work closely with both the commercial and product teams to further grow Visiba's footprint and service offering in the UK.
