Experiences from the launch of the Skåne youth guidance center

During the autumn of 2017, Region Skåne launched their digital youth guidance centre. After seven months, they have held around 2000 digital meetings with youth. Anita Skoglund was one of the project leaders and is interviewed by Andreas Larsson, Visiba Care’s representative in the start-up phase. She talks about the idea, the expectations and fears among the staff, and the experiences they have gained by starting an online youth guidance centre.
